THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bottle Shop Manager to support the team in daily operations and customer service excellence. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store, while maintaining a positive and engaging environment for both customers and team members.

You will be responsible for but not limited to: 
·         Customer service, cross-selling and up-selling to maximise sales
·         Manage and liaise with suppliers and Senior Management
·         General maintenance and cleanliness of the cellar and loading dock areas
·         Be across stocktake procedures, and implement controls & solutions as needed
·         Managing a small team of staff including rostering, training and hiring
·         All aspects of stock control including ordering, goods received, stock rotation, meeting profit targets, stock take and data entry
·         Upholding the venue’s strong values on customer service and store presentation
·         Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers

WHO ARE YOU
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:
·         Minimum 2+ years' liquor retail management
·         Exceptional eye for detail
·         Immaculate presentation paralleled with hands on service delivery
·         Excellent communication; written and verbal skills.
·         Exceptional understanding of all liquor categories
·         Current RSA Certificate
